A man has been charged following the fight in Old Goole early on Valentine's Day
The man, who is aged 20 but has not been named, is due to appear at Beverley Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
He has been charged with two counts of attempt to cause grievous bodily harm with intent and driving a motor vehicle dangerously.
A further 12 men have been released on bail pending further police investigations.
As reported here, the incident in Old Goole is believed to have been sparked by two earlier incidents in Scunthorpe town centre very early on Tuesday morning.
One man has been released from hospital and another remains in hospital for treatment to leg injuries.
Detective Inspector Paul Kirkby reassured the local community in Old Goole.
"At present we believe this is an isolated incident and since the original incident on Tuesday, no further related incidents have occurred."
And Det Insp Kirkby said police have increased patrols in the local areas.
He said: "If You can help in some way piece together the three separate events and we have not yet spoken to you, please contact one of my detectives.
"I am appealing for anyone who may have information about large groups of individuals seen in Scunthorpe and Goole in the early hours of Tuesday, February 14, to contact police.
"The investigation is still ongoing and we would ask anyone who is able to assist police with their inquiries to call Humberside Police on 101 quoting log 55 14 February 2012."
